Nice recap of the Homebrew Hoedown, Randy, and I totally forgot about the Old Cock Ale. Folks, one of the brewers from the Aztec/Bloomfield area brewed a beer from Charlie Papazian's seminal text, The Joy of Homebrewing, that actually included a chicken in the beer. No, really...the beer had chicken in it! I have to say it was pretty darn good and I might use that beer next time I have a cold and need to nurse myself back to health. ;-)
