Pagosa Brewing Co is continuing its tradition of having February as Stout Month. Here you can find a fun variety of Stouts to taste throughout entire month, with new Stouts from all over the state (and beyond) coming on tap. Currently they have five or six different Stouts on tap to choose from. (I have been enjoying the Velvet Merkin from Firestone Walker in CA, personally.) One highlight is the Pro-Am brew from the winner of the Stout homebrew competition held in January.
