Hiya HOPS Heads,
At the HOPS meeting on Tuesday we talked about brewing on Saturday and divvying up the yeast then. Well, isn't it funny what ideas you come up with when drinking? We have opted to scrap that because of all the New Years activities going on. We now plan on meeting on Tuesday, Jan 3rd at the brewery. We will be divvying up the yeast from 5-7pm. We will have sanitized mason jars available. Come one, come all and GIT SOME!
